Alam's Research Models
At Alam Happy Town, we believe in creating communities that prioritize happiness, health, and well-being. Our vision is to offer affordable, sustainable, and inclusive housing solutions while fostering a sense of belonging and community spirit.
With a focus on innovation and sustainability, Alam Happy Town integrates renewable energy systems, automated agriculture, and modern amenities to provide residents with a truly exceptional living experience.
Dr. Alam's Daily Finance Distribution System (DFDS) is an innovative Financial system based on Islamic theory that one-day is one-life and one should complete its tasks before the end of one-day life. According to this financial system, salaries and profit is calculated on daily bases. The community members voluntarily agreed upon to distribute the 1/3rd part of their daily profit among those community members who have lesser daily income than him/her.
Dr. Alam designed “Parental Involvement Internship Module (PIIM)” for a journey from Professionalism to Personalization. Optional name of internship institutions are asked by the parents/guardians at the time of admission of the student with the suggestion that parents or their close relatives/friends should be the tutor of their children during internships. After completion of academic process in educational institution, the parents/guardians will be contacted to arrange the internship sport for their siblings under the monitoring and evaluation of the educational institution.

What Colleagues'
Say And Think
“Working alongside Dr. Syed Aftab Alam on our joint paper about sectarian dynamics in South Asia was an intellectually enriching experience. He brings such depth and clarity to complex religious discussions. I still remember how, during a conference in Islamabad, he gracefully handled a highly sensitive Q&A session – turning a tense moment into a productive dialogue. His academic maturity and patience are unmatched.” (Dr. Nazia Zaman, Research Associate)
"I’ve coordinated with many speakers, but Dr. Aftab was the most cooperative and prepared of them all. At our interfaith youth conference in Toronto, he not only delivered a powerful keynote but stayed after the session to answer every student’s question – even helped stack chairs at the end! That kind of humility is rare in someone with his stature."
"Dr. Aftab has an incredible ability to connect policy with practice. While working together on a refugee housing project in Ontario, he personally visited shelters to speak with residents – not as a formality, but to truly listen. His grassroots approach makes him stand out in leadership roles. I’ve seen him rewrite entire project plans overnight just to make them more inclusive and realistic."
"Dr. Syed Aftab Alam played a vital role during our early academic collaborations exchange framework. His proposal on integrating religious harmony studies into bilateral academic programs was not only forward-thinking but deeply needed. I still recall a roundtable in Islamabad where his presentation drew praise from both Chinese and Pakistani delegates.
"I had the distinct pleasure of commenting for Dr. Syed Alam on interfaith seminars. His ability to speak on complex theological matters with both clarity and compassion left a deep impression. Dr. Alam's work transcends academic discourse—it contributes directly to national unity and moral resilience."
